Please note that delivery times shown on products are estimated times for Ireland only. Delivery outside of Ireland takes longer, as expected with international shipping. Contact us if you require more information about estimated delivery times outside of Ireland.
Ireland Shipping:
We offer next day delivery. We ship with Fastway Couriers for Irish orders.
Orders over €60 are free for all Island of Ireland. Orders under €60 are charged at just €5.00 (make sure to select this option at delivery information.) Orders placed by 12.00 Monday-Friday are generally dispatched the same day. For weekends and bank holidays orders are sent out next business day. Please make sure to leave your correct contact number to enable the courier to locate you. Full tracking available.
Please note that bulky items, such as surfboards sometimes take longer to deliver (1 - 3 working days).
***** PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY OF 9ft SURFBOARDS *****
It is not possible to get 9ft surfboards delivered to our customer's door in Ireland. They can only be shipped to your nearest Fastway courier depot.
Customers will then have to pick up the board from the depot.
This is beyond our control and is due to the size of the vans used to run home deliveries.
United Kingdom Shipping (excluding Ireland):
We ship to UK with DHL Couriers and so all orders are charged at €25.
Surfboards to the UK: please contact us before buying surfboards online for UK delivery as some surfboards cannot be shipped to the UK.
France (Metropolitan) Shipping:
We ship to France with DHL and An Post for surfboard fins. It is €15 with DHL with 2-3 business days’ delivery time. Surfboard fins are sent at a more economical rate of €8 with An Post. Surfboard shipping will cost in excess of €70 for transportation to France, again 2-3 business days but please contact us first.
European Shipping:
We ship to Europe and Scandanavia with DHL at fixed price of €25 with DHL with 2-3 business days’ delivery time. Surfboard fins are sent at a more economical rate of €8 with An Post. For shipping surfboards please contact us before buying for a quote.
World Shipping:
We ship World-wide with DHL at a fixed rate of €50 for Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Japan with 2-3 business days’ delivery time. Surfboard fins are sent at a more economical rate of €10 with An Post. It is €55 postage for all other World-wide countries with DHL. Surfboards travel with DHL and due to their volume cost a significant amount to ship. DHL will deliver in 2-3 business days. Please contact us for more information
