If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This is a legal requirement for online vendors. We are flexible, within reason, on this return stipulation. If you're a week or two after this no problem.
Please can you send an email (blacksheepsurfco@gmail.com) stating you're returning an item and what you want us to do with your item (exchange/ refund/credit note etc). This helps us process your return quickly. Additionally, please place your name within the package to help us allocate your item to your order.
Refunds on returned items
Once we receive your item, and it is in the expected condition, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after checking the item.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account, or to other original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for returning the item. This is standard policy. Postage costs for delivery to your address are non-refundable as these costs are used in the transaction process. Where a customer uses a free postage option, there will be no deduction for postage. Your item MUST be shipped to the address detailed below - items that go missing due to shipping to the wrong address cannot be refunded
