Deliveries into the UK, USA and other non-EU countries may incur import taxes and/or customs duties.
Unfortunately we are unable to change this. 
It is the customer's responsibility to settle any import fees.
 

Returns

How to make a return

As we are a small shop, so we are currently unable to offer free returns, so return postage will need to be covered by yourself. A tracked service is recommended. Please note that products must be unused & in their original conditions for a refund. Please contact us before shipping so we have a log of items to be received. 

Returns should include your contact details. For faulty items include any relevant information in the parcel.

Processing Time
Once your item is received by us, we refund the money immediately but it can take up to 7 working days to be processed by your bank.
