Extra Information:
When using any roof straps to carry soft surfboards, if the softboard isn't in a bag then we suggest putting a towel between the board and the strap. This is to protect the foam surfboard padding from pressure damage.

How to make a return
As we are a small shop, so we are currently unable to offer free returns, so return postage will need to be covered by yourself. A tracked service is recommended. Please note that products must be unused & in their original conditions for a refund. Please contact us before shipping so we have a log of items to be received.
Returns should include your contact details. For faulty items include any relevant information in the parcel.

Processing Time
Once your item is received by us, we refund the money immediately but it can take up to 7 working days to be processed by your bank.
