Deliveries into the UK and other non-EU countries may incur import taxes and/or customs duties.

Deliveries to the USA will be charged duty and import tax. This is due to United States regulation changes September 2025.

It is the customer's responsibility to settle any import fees.Unfortunately we are unable to change this.  
 

Returns

How to make a return

Please contact us before shipping your return so we know it's on the way!

As we are a small shop, so we are currently unable to offer free returns, so return postage will need to be covered by yourself. A tracked service is recommended. Please note that products must be unused & in their original condition for a refund. 

Returns should include your contact details. For faulty items include any relevant information in the parcel.

Processing Time
Once your item is received by us, we refund the money immediately but it can take up to 7 working days to be processed by your bank.
