If you’ve purchased a Rip Curl wetsuit from an authorised Rip Curl retailer, you’re in luck! We offer a three-year warranty on all stitching and a 12-month warranty on all materials, including neoprene, kneepads, liquid tape and zips.
Deliveries into the UK, USA and other non-EU countries may incur import taxes and/or customs duties. Unfortunately we are unable to change this. It is the customer's responsibility to settle any import fees.
Returns
How to make a return
As we are a small shop, so we are currently unable to offer free returns, so return postage will need to be covered by yourself. A tracked service is recommended. Please note that products must be unused & in their original conditions for a refund. Please contact us before shipping so we have a log of items to be received.
Returns should include your contact details. For faulty items include any relevant information in the parcel.
